Mike1220 Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Switch location, don't mind the messy truck Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Awesome switch location! What'd you do with the cig lighter tho? Just unplugged it and left the wiring tucked in the dash?

WendysOrBust Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Next mod should definitely be a good vacuum and a trash out. 1
obrien19 Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 (edited) Next mod should definitely be a good vacuum and a trash out. I completely agree, just lost some ambition with it getting dark in WNY at 5 now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Edited November 18, 2015 by obrien19 1

I had asked almost everywhere and nobody had done it. I have looked at trying to get that plate out too and I'd be scared I'd break something too.

Just open the center console lid, and pull on the front lip, and the whole tray pops out. Then just un do all the connections for the cig ports, the USB and the AC Outlet, and then if you look at the inside of the cig lighter, you will see two little cut outs. Inside you will see plastic tabs holding it in place. Use a pick and press them to release the cig lighter, and you can slowly wiggle the metal housing for the cig lighter right out, the square housing and cover don't need to be removed to do it either. tootall87 Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 (edited) Washed, clayed and waxed. Such a pretty day here in Texas had to go get a good photo.... and then a bird shit on it within an hour. I swear he was watching me all morning then did it when I went in for lunch... The feel of the paint/clear coat after a good wash/clay is almost as good as sex... almost. Edited November 18, 2015 by tootall87 3

05cyclone Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Nothing major done today. Took the grille out and adjusted the lightbar up a tad. I need to mount my pods under the rear bumper but I don't have the motivation to do all the wiring lol. 1
