You're probably hoping for something cool, but in reality...  It's just an extension cord in through the back door, plugged into the dash.

Haha that was my guess. Cord through the rear slider.

Glad to hear. I’ll be changing the brakes myself soon for the first time on the truck and on any vehicle for that matter

This guy has a pretty good video. He gets lucky and his caliper mounting bolts come out easy. You may have to hold the hex sides of the slide so you can loosen the caliper mounting bolts, 2 of them. There are also 2 mounting bolts for the caliper brackets that have to be taken off to remove the rotor. He has a pretty good video. Prior to installing the rotor, be sure to clean the rotor surfaces with some kind of cleaner, he does not mention this in his video.

Had to paint.  First I had to obtain parts that had been painted/primed already.  Then sent them off to get painted.  Finally reinstalled.

I'll get a good picture in the sun in a couple days.  Deep Ocean Blue Metallic.

Did you ever compare the light output between the hid and led?  or were you too excited to get the leds installed and forgot?  lol

You caught me there, I did not.

I do know the HIDs are supposed to put out more light, but it definitely feels like the LEDs are a LOT brighter.

If you didn't want to do the LTZ headlight upgrade, you could always buy a set of Morimoto D5S bulbs to swap out for more light output/better color.

Damn, you're always there to correct me! Appreciate it!! Haha

I cannot find the lumens that either put out stock.  Happen to have that?

Got rid of some random deep scratches on hood probably inflicted by my neighbors kitty.  Used a new GG Orbital Polisher I bought with Meguiars 105.  Once scratches were removed topped area with a coat of Pinnacle Souveran Wax.

What’s the part number for this?  I really need to get those swapped out for me. I’m shorter so it would help me out getting in

I added amp steps and finished my sub/amp install this past weekend. Now that I've read more of these threads I've added the interior led lights and driver entry handle to my "to do" list.  All for my new to me 15.

The amp install wasn't very bad at all.  Pretty straight forward.  I soldered all connections vs using their crimp's so that slowed me down just a tad.  Also wrapped any bare wires with oem cloth heat proof tape.  Made for a very nice install.

The sub/amp was a lot more of a pita.  Getting the LC2i dialed in was interesting.  It's all installed on my back wall behind the oem sound proofing (with a section removed for air flow).  I used a sheet of abs plastic with bolts running through the back of it to mount the amp/lc2i to and then double side taped that to the back wall.  No holes to drill or anything.  I used the back bolt on the jack mount to ground everything too (after some sand paper rubbing).  Overall a very clean install with only the box showing.  I did run a remote turn on using the under dash koeo loction in the left side of the plug banks.  That solved a lot of my issues with not turning on/off correctly on the lc2i.
