Does a throttle body spacer even do anything on these newer trucks. I have heard its just a waste of money.

I've sadly heard the same thing ... That's why I said I drank the Kool-Aid. Since I'm replacing the intake I kinda just said, "well since I'll be under the hood anyway..."

I've never cared for TB spacers. If they do help it's not noticeable.

I am really wanting to try what Spurshot did though. He went to put a 6.2 TB on his 5.3 and ended up having to buy an intake manifold for a 6.2 since they mounting holes and intake air inlet hole didn't match. He also had to buy a new factory air intake box made for the 6.2, but I won't have to do that being that I have the Airaid MIT tube, but I will need to get a new adaptor for the 6.2 TB so I would have to call Airaid or something. I had actually thought about the 6.2 TB earlier in the day of the same day that he posted that thread. I was really hoping that they used the same intake manifold and maybe the air inlet hole was the same in both manifolds where maybe the hole in all of them was made for the 6.2 TB with the 5.3 TB just covering the inlet hole a little. He said it seems like the throttle response is better where he doesn't have to give it as much throttle it seems.

So I'd much rather upgrade the TB to the 6.2 TB and may do it in the future.

I've had mixed feelings about the Slate Gray but man... with what you've done to it, it looks sharp!

I had to put my Corsa exhaust back together. Somehow the front pipe that goes into the muffler became disconnected and the pipe and muffler were offset from one another. I need to get the system welded so I do not have to deal with that again.

rocky ridge 14 model got new about 4 months ago for 45000 great deal since I have debadged the whole truck, added rigid lights on hood and replace both fog lights with 4 off road 2 inch light pods, headlight armor on the headlights, sent the taillights to California to get tinted professionally other than that came from factory as you see love it

What size lift is that?

I thought my Corsa had come apart as well and I loosened the front and back bands on the muffler to check. It was fine, but I called Corsa tech to ask them about some minor condensation I observed while it was running (yes, the muffler weep hole is on the bottom). He said it was normal but emphasized that I need to make sure i torque the clamps properly. I mentioned that I might just have it welded; he said it would void the warranty. In the event something needs replacement in the future, the warranty will be voided if welded. The tech then said now that I loosened these clamps, I should torque them to 55 ft-lbs or 60 ft-lbs instead of the usual 45 ft-lbs since they stretch.

The point here is, try increasing the torque setting while tightening then bands first. Weld if all else fails because it will voice the Corsa warranty...

Finished debadging.

Installed Spyder LED tails with a JDM ASTAR 921 reverse LED.

Installed Recon Third Brake Light.

Swapped door handles and mirror caps for some black ones I bought on eBay.
