What have you done to your K2 today?

painted the honeycomb parts of my grill today.  the paint color was "stainless steel black" and it looked like a metallic black on the can.  After painting it was lighter grey metallic, but I really like the color so I'm probly gonna keep it.

Looks good. I just painted my honeycomb grille satin black and it looks like a different truck. Actually have started to like the 2014-15 front ends better if they're done right.

That's the look I was going for, just got tricked by the paint can lid.  That looks great! too much chrome for my taste the way it was before

decal overlays, saw it in a post in this thread somewhere but can't remember where.  Need to find "Texas Edition" decals if someone know of a place.  Also have a custom dent in the rear bumper..

They are probably just the stock 20's. They come black from factory now.

@nolabell what ^^^ said. Technically yes, they are powder coated stock 20s, but they do it from the factory now on both the GMC and Chevy side. I'm a fan lol

Yeah it looks great. I have a 2014 with factory’s 20’s in chrome. I plastidipped them about three years ago and they are showing signs of wearing. I like the look of powder coating but haven’t gotten any estimates on that option.

Just got my Leer 100XL topper installed last weekend.  Went with the removable sliding front window, electronic lock, and tracks for a future roof rack.  So glad I read up on here about toppers before I bought, otherwise I probably wouldn't have went with the removable window.  Was on some dusty roads this weekend and I was surprised how much dirt collected between the cab and topper windows.  So nice and easy to just remove the window to clean.  I'm loving it so far!  LED strips going in this weekend for interior light.

It SUCKS driving without a center console.  I can't tell ya how much i depend on cup holders.. LOL

If you go on eBay, they have decals all over for which ever your looking for.

I agree.  Plus the jump seat cup holders were smaller so, you could only fit certain cups in them.  The new full center console fits so many different varieties of cups.

Is it the shadow(s), or is the shell just a touch too long?  Looking at getting one for mine.
