Lights not working

I have a 2004 Silverado 2500 Ls with a 6.0 automatic about a week ago the turn signals, cargo light, reverse lights, dash lights, flashers, interior lights, and the driver window all quit working I have checked all the fuses and everything I found online pointed to the BCM I bought a used on programed it but it didn't fix the problem and suggestions please

First question do you have any electrical schematics if so find a common ground if not pick one thing and go from there.

No I don't have have any schematics for it I'm going to take the fuse box under the hood out tonight and check the connections on it I've checked my grounds that I could find they are all good
