Just a word of caution if your running red or blue lights on the front of your truck... It's surly illegal in the State of Texas. Last week I saw a very nice black Camaro get pulled over, the DPS officer actually passed me and three others to get to him. No doubt the red halos looked darn sweet on the front of it. I asked a few of my buddies in the Sheriff's office on Monday what was up and they all said, Oh red or blue lights will surely get you a ticket by a DPS officer. They had say that was a big discussion going on at the state level as to if any colored halo is legal.

That's the way it is in most places. Can't have red or blue lights of any kind other than red taillights of course, not just halos. During the time where a lot of people like neons and extra lighting a lot of people got in trouble with red and blue.

Looked into this and the oracle dealer said its illegal to have any additional color other than Amber in Texas. Said he had to disclose that to me due to laws.

Same up in Canada, Ontario was pretty strict on that as well and can even go so far as to be accused of "impersonating a police officer." from what I understand.

This is one of those "common sense" issues.

Yea, but its 2015. Common sense doesn't exist anymore. Only self entitlement and a "world revolves around me" attitude.

this is pretty universal throughout the country. No color besides a white light shall emit from the front of the vehicle, only exception is amber turn signals. Rear of the vehicle can only have red lights minus the white for reverse and amber turn signals.

I know some of this stuff looks cool, but it just seems stupid to add it specially the blue and red.
