Yea I would like to see how you did that as well. How are you sealing the sides around where you cut for water leakage

black silicone on the top side where I made the cuts. very good seal.

I also bought the BAK Revovler X2 for my All Terrain X, looking to install it soon. Took BAK a month an a half to get me the right cover. Customer service is a PITA!

here are a few pics from my install... you can see from the under side pics, I had to trim the aluminum rail that marries to the inner bed rail of the truck. after that trim it was flush. some black silicone to fill the gaps sealed it right up.

There has to be a better alternative to the black silicone? Foam stripes mounted to the roll bar plate where the rail meet? The small foam that comes with the kit?

unless the cuts are perfect, which is unlikely... there wont be a perfect way to seal it with something solid. silicone works its way into all the crevices, and looks pretty good when done clean. most important thing is keeping the water out, IMO.

Used a Lund tonneau. The side plates of the rear mount are 1/8" thick.......just installed the side rails over them and used a piece of double sided foam to take up the slack in the balance of the rail against the bed cap. Cover support rails still fit in the channels, but if they did not I'd just shave 1/4" off each.

Please take some pictures so I can understand how you accomplished the install without cutting.

I may try this it seems like the simplest solution. I found one at Costco for a good price.....http://www.costco.ca/Tonno-Pro-Lo-Roll-Premium-Vinyl-Roll-up-Tonneau-Cover.product.100086384.html

There is currently a tonneau cover that works with the sport bars. its shown on the Canadian Chevrolet's accessory website.

Really? I didn`t see it...could you please post a link to it?

Unless it's aftermarket, GM doesn't make one yet.
