02 Envoy with starting problems

I have recently been having trouble starting my Envoy. It starts hard, I unhooked the positive while it was running and it didn't shut off so I know it's not the alternator. I pulled into the store and shut it off to go in. When I came out it didn't start. I got a jump but the radio, windows and headlights didn't work. I got it home and shut it off. Went to restore it and nothing. Gave it 20 min or so and it started up but hard again. Still no windows, radio or lights. Took it to AutoZone, and shut if off. Wouldn't start again but when I tried to turn it over the radio, windows and lights worked again but it didn't start. I got it jumped again n got it home. Tried to restart it again and it started hard. Not good with knowing where the grounds are on the truck.... PLEASE HELP

They checked the battery and it didnt seem to be bad. It's like something is pulling power from the battery
