2 things !!,

Hey I would like 2 change the color of the bowtie (center gold bowtie) on the front grill of 16 Silverado. can this be done by sticker , new badge or what ?

Also the center caps of the wheels also has this (yellow/gold) bowtie can the center caps be purchased with different colors or they have to be painted ?

Theres literally a dozed threads on this You can either get a vinyl for it online which many have done and I did to begin with, or you can take them off and repaint them. I decided to pull the vinyl off after a couple months and I just painted them. Much happier with the paint and it looks clean.

Plasti-dip is as durable as paint, and if your not happy it's easily removable by peeling off

I Plastidipped mine. Turned out great, stands up to the elements awesome, and if I ever don't like it, I can peel it off.

Center cap - GM has black ones ( Midnight Edition ) or paint them

If you order a replacement set be careful to ensure you get 14-15 or 16-17 as the front mounting has changed. Not sure how that company lists them as 14-16

Vinyl wrapped mine, $12 in vinyl with a heat gun and a razor blade. Looks great, if I don't like it I can just peel it off. Much easier than plastidip in my opinion as you can do it on the truck with zero masking.

Thinking about doing the z on z71 in the grill also. Have enough vinyl left to do 8 more emblems.

Tried to get mine vinyl wrapped but the place I went to wouldn't do it because they said the texture of the bowtie wouldn't allow the vinyl to stick. They wouldn't be able to guarantee their work. I can respect that. I went with the plastidip option and love the results.
