Anyone have any heads up displays in their 2015? A buddy of mine has a sweet camaro with one and I'd love to set one up in mine. Let me know if you guys have any. Show me some set ups

man i'd love that!... i'll be following this!

allot of aftermarket units... also a few apps in the appstore that do this... and they are free!...

I had a Pontiac Bonneville with HUD - I totally loved it! I never understood why it's not standard on every vehicle or at least an option on every vehicle.

Whaaaat the old bonnevilles had HUD back in the early 2000s? I'd have never thought that. I thought it was a recent "innovation".

Nissan's had them back in the early 90's. It would be a nice feature to have, similar to the C7 Corvettes that have color HUD.

There was a guy on here who did it... was a bit of work... let me see if I can find the thread.

Looks like it was in the Denali Cluster thread. Chris can program it to work with the Sierra and also program the HUD to work. It is a little costly but can be done.

Used to fix them in aircraft back in the 70's...but climb/dive angle, and aiming reticle with bomb fall line may be a bit overkill :-)

There's a GPS app (for your phone) that has that capability, works best at night. Only downside that I know of, would be that everyone around you will see it. When I had my Ridgeline, I would lay my phone on top of the steering column and the information would reflect off of my odometer.

Bonneville and Grand Prix both had them around the late 80s early 90s...they were neat, but had limitations in bright sunlight. I think one version of the Grand Am had it also...

I had one on my C6 Z06 but I still depended on my analogue gauges. Never could get completely use to it although they are pretty cool looking.

I can't remember for sure but I think it was a 1998 ssei, supercharged and had every option - awesome car but I only had it for about 3 months before I hit a cow and totaled the car - the cow was unphased. But the HUD was totally awesome.

I would like to have HUD in these trucks as well. My 2011 Camaro has it and shows turn signal, music info and a few other things along with speed. Every time I go from driving it to my truck I catch myself looking up at the windshield for my speed

I owned a couple of Pontiacs with it, really liked having it and would pay extra for it in any vehicle that I could, but understand that it's expensive to design the dash to support it and at least on the Pontiacs, it required a special windshield with a polished flat are where it hit so those cost a little extra too (although I know people that replaced a cracked windshield with a normal one and couldn't tell the difference). Anyway, here's an aftermarket product that looks interesting, but I haven't pulled the trigger on it. Thought about though. https://www.navdy.com/
