Front end help , need sum exp.

Ok, have a 05 silverado , 4x4 crew , pops n clicks on hard turns , goes thur hubs n upper ball joints , i have replaced just about everything , n rebuild my front diff n transfercase , sooooo , if anyone has any ideas , please share

have you changed the sway bar bushings

Did you check your front cv shafts? Pops/clicks on hard turns tend to be CV joint. Is it when you turn in one direction or both? Frankly if they look old or original, I'd go ahead & replace them both. If one is going the other is probably not far behind.

Changed CV's maybe 9 months ago , in process of changing sway bar bushings now , old ones still looked ok , but were prob orig. , it does it worse when its a hard right turn, almost like right tire is turning more , like it puts tire in a bind n then it feels as if it hops , like ive run somthing over

Prob had 6 alignments from 4 diff places in last 3 yrs,  figured if somthing was bent or truck had been wrecked n not reported, would be an issue with alignment, never had somthing like this i couldnt fix or figure out
