Black vinyl-wrapped B-pillar....yay or nay?

Here's a little photoshop pic of what I want to do to my truck.  Opinions?  What do you fellow GM brethren think of the look?  My windows are fairly dark tinted, and I think that's what makes it look good.  Would look dumb with clear windows.

My opinion doesn't (shouldn't) matter.  It is an inexpensive and easily reversible mod.  Do it and see how you like it and any reaction from those you know.  I personally think it's a wash.  The novelty aspect may be fine for awhile, but it wouldn't last long on my truck.  I keep thinking of an '80's Mazda!

We used to remove those on dodge trucks when I was a teenager to help break up the lines. Now people want it wrapped to make it flow better. How times have changed.

I've had mine done for over a year and have been holding up great. Super cheap and easy to install. I had enough left over to do my bowties, and my wife's GMC emblems on her Yukon.
