Sierra Dan Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 The adjustable pedals on mine are handy for switching between driver memory settings. I do remember a time when they were not on any of my trucks and I survived just fine.

Black02Silverado Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 I'm sure the discontinue of the power adjustable pedals and telescoping/tilt steering wheel was to reduce weight.
Sierra Dan Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 GM took a step backwards on the K2 by eliminating the rear seat vents, only to bring them back for 2019. Maybe the adjustable pedals will be back in 2022!

Sierra Dan Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 Maybe, but not sure... A Co-worker of mine had a 2018 Raptor with plastic pan, it failed in the parking lot at about 10,000 miles. He traded it in on a 2018 Denali.

Sierra Dan Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 2 Million F150s being recalled because the seat belts can carch fire.
TXGREEK Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 Ford doing something stupid doesn't also excuse GM doing something stupid. GM continues to get the easy stuff wrong.Looks like all manufacturers are going to be doing something to irritate a great many people. My neighbor has a new ford that he’s absolutely sick over all the things they’ve done to annoy him throughout the past few months too as well as Dodge. I accidentally joined the Titan pickup group and couldn’t handle all the complaining of 2018 manufacturer screwups. It’s they way of the future, lolSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Keeping this one and jumping on the new DMax in 2022. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
WillDiet Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 I can't be the only one to say it. The 2019s are so disappointing. And here's why for me, can anyone convince me otherwise? 1. No radar cruise control2. Stop start garbage3. No panoramic sunroof (not that I care, but I know most do)4. All this R&D into dynamic fuel management and the mpg rating hasn't changed5. Carbon fiber bed? Waste of R&D6. You can't get the 6.2 or the 10 speed in the lower trimmed trucks7. Gauge cluster actually looks worse than the outgoing model's (cheap but more feature laden)8. No classic square arches9. Looks way too overstyled, the "old" truck was a handsome beast10. Still waxing frames after all these years11. The box sides are now so tall that unless you're Yao Ming, you can't reach over the sides12. The engine bay is now more cramped and for no reason, the radiators have been pushed back towards the engine and there's a brace on either side of the engine that encroach on the space around it What exactly is the benefit of getting a new truck? As far as I can tell they made it worse. Think I'll be keeping my 17 for a long time! I agree. I stopped by a dealer to take a look. The only trim they had on the lot was a top of the line High Country. The exterior is always subjective. I couldn't care less about a carbon fiber bed or the bigger bumper steps. The electric swinging side steps were kinda cool, but I see that being one of the first things to break. The interior was a big let down. The seats actually seemed more stiff than my 15. The center stack looked less impressive, probably because they eliminated many of the buttons or made them smaller so there looks like more plastic space. One of the first things I noticed was the area under the steering wheel looks like it came out of a 99 Jeep liberty. It's nearly vertical and just a giant piece of plastic. The High Country did have a sunroof, but it was small and the real estate it took up in the back seat roof to allow it to slide was way too much for an average adult to be in the back. My main point to stop and look was that the backseat was supposed to be bigger. It maybe bigger but it didn't seem like it. Trucks all have that under the seat storage now which to me is a waste b/c I want a flat floor so the dogs can ride in the back seat. The in seat back storage is really a joke if you have kids, the car seats will be in the way.Sent from my LM-G710 using Tapatalk
Brianibew Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 Looking at the pictures above, the interior looks rushed and cheap with lots of black plastic on a top of the line model. Maybe GM can hire the interior design team away from Ram, they know how to design an interior for sure...

I feel like GM could have hired me as a decision maker and I could have easily gotten them 20% more sales.
