As a side note, I have a set of 22" Denali factory wheels. THEY WON'T CLEAR THE CALIPERS. I also removed the factory running boards, Nfab makes a great set of rock sliders with removable steps. I think they look better and obviously function much better. The factory running boards weigh nothing and will bend the first time you nudge a rock. The truck looks good, exactly what I'm looking for! So no trimming and no rubbing with this set up??

SilentSierra Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 2019 AT4 with 20x10 -24 wheels. Nitto RG 33x12.5x20. 2” Rough Country level. Stick out a little further than I wanted but I do really like the aggressive look. Required a bit of trimming on the plastic but no more rubbing now! 1

I know I want to go with BFG KM3's on my bone stock 2020 AT4. IN 285 width they only come in 55 ratio which I don't want because I don't want to go smaller. I can't decide if I should just stay with the 275/65/20 or try the 295/60/20. Even the stock 275/60/20 Goodyears are only about 5/8' from the control arm. I just wanted to give an update to anyone that was searching like me. I had a bone stock 2020 AT4 with the gray 20" wheels and put 285/65/20Nitto Ridge Grapplers and they rubbed like crazy on the back inside of the front fenders in reverse with any speed or anything close to full turn. I modified the fender but had to do quite a bit or cutting. After having the truck a month someone hit me and totaled it and I went and bought the exact same truck in a 2021 model and put 295/60/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers and they fit perfect. No rubbing and still about 1/2' from the front control arms with no spacers.

Big Blue AT4 Posted December 26, 2020 Posted December 26, 2020 I understand your problem. Gmc and chevy put some weird bump on there huge caliper and allot of aftermarket wheels wont fit. Is a 1/4 inch spacer all you need to clear the caliper?
Supercup Posted December 27, 2020 Posted December 27, 2020 2020 AT4 Carbon Pro - BDS 2.5" lift with 2.5 Fox Adj. coilovers in the front and 2.0 Fox in rear, lift also comes with new block for reat 1/2" taller than stock. Wheel are 18x9 - 18mm offset Method NV wheels with stock 275/65/18 Duratracs. Had wheels from 2019 AT4 Carbon Pro - they would not fit with BDS lift, as they hit tie rod - so had to go with 1.5" wheel lug extensions to make them work. Plan to go to same wheel in -12mm offset to move wheel out to clear tie rod and to allow for larger tire. If I had 20", would have been ok, as the tie rod will go inside the barrel of the wheel on 20" wheels - so more clearance with 20's. I prefer 18" for more tire side wall for off road, so will have to go with 0 offset wheel or negative offset to make 18" work. Stock 275/65/18 - still hit in reverse at 2/3rds lock on front corner. Photos below to show clearances. BDS LIft Front Front clearance - wheels straight Tire clearnace Front 2/3rd turn Tire clearance front full lock Tire clearance front - rear of wheel well - turned straight

Front shock are remote resi - rears are not - they don't offer one (yet) - Fox told me they have a rear 2.5 piggyback (which would be ideal for easy placement) that is similar in length needed, but not valved for the truck, so was not sure how it would work and may need to be re-valved. I was not willing to go through the trial and error. Not sure about your second comment - there is a lot more "inboard" room that stock with BDS lift - my only issue for 18's was the tie rod needs clearnace - so you need at least 0 offest wheel to fit, or spacers or lug extensions for anything with positive offset. Here is a photo of inboard spacing.
AdamAT4 Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 Yeah i heard the rears weren't ready yet for the truck, hope they make add them by summer. With the knuckles BDS told me a lot of trucks will rub the tie rod as its placed higher to maintain geo and 20" wheels are recommended. I had an F150 with a 6" and needed to use 20" wheels with 18mm or more negative offset, actually before I bought an AT4 I was looking at a Ram1500 and BDS said only some 18" wheels clear the tie rods.Sent from my SM-N975W using Tapatalk
