On the chevy site tried to build a 2500 high country diesel. I see no option for interior color except black for diesel. Is this the only interior color available for diesel? If so guess im changing manufacturer, bummer.

I agree that being restricted to an all black interior is disappointing. I'd  do some further investigating through my dealer to see if there are some opportunities for a custom or special order.  If this doesn't prove fruitful then companies like Katzkins offer some interesting options to add some colour. A black interior is the most common colour found in recently produced vehicles.  It is not my favourite but in itself not enough to make me  change brands.  Now if ford offered a black and white two tone with an all red interior c/w manual transmission then all bets are off!

My F250 Platinum was all black interior, couldn't find one with the dark marsala interior anywhere close by. When I got my High Country, I specifically wanted the jet black/umber combo. So glad I did! It looks great and get many compliments, also. I think many people are tiring of the all-black interior fad. It shows dust and dirt something terrible, and is also hot as blazes regardless of whether or not you have tinted windows, ceramic tint, whatever.

I was shown the Umber option when I did a 2500 High Country Crew Cab Standard Bed 4x4 diesel.

I have a 2020 HD High Country diesel with the Umber interior..Looks a bit more upscale from just the straight black in my opinion.

I love it.  My previous truck was a 2017 HC Dmax.  The 2020 rides noticeably smoother and the 10spd has worked flawless so far..I have just over 10,000 miles on it now.  I tow with it probably twice a month, usually a 30' enclosed snowmobile trailer but its great to drive without a trailer as well.

I wish that you could you could get the LTZ grey woodgrain on the high country.

The limiting factor seems to be exterior color. Only certain exterior colors can get the black/umber combination.

Actually, only the High Country gets that color.

On High Country,  Northsky Blue Metallic is only available with Jet Black.

 

All other colours that are available on HC can have  either Jet Black or Jet Black/Umber. 

 

 

Engine options do not affect interior colour choice.
