2021 Elevation No Interior Lights!!!

I have a brand new 2021 Sierra Elevation that has NO INTERIOR LIGHTS. All the lights for the accessories, such as the dashboard and so on work fine. All the settings are correct. The overhead button that you can push to override the lights turning on with the door open lights up when pushed. However, the button next to it that has a sunshine icon (Dome Override) doesn't do anything. The dealership didn't have much time to look over everything, but they said the fuses were ok and they checked the computer and everything was good there. I checked the physical connectors and they are tight. Has this ever happened to anyone? Any thoughts? I really appreciate your help!!

Ther is a switch on the right side of your overhead consol. It if in the wrong position- just push it and interior lights should work- switch is a push button.
