Question

I have a 2003 yukon sle 2wd. The radio, windows, gauges on right side of the dash all stop working. The abs, tc and air bag lights come on. Now if you press the brake the radio and windows work. The gauges sometime come back on. The vehicle runs good now stalling issues or anything. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas what could cause this.

I recently bought a Sierra 1500 Denali because I love this truck but I am now noticing parts are really hard to find, I want to replace or delete my quad steer but have no idea where to start or look. I haven't been able to find anything in hours. Any help?

Ok, We are all familiar with the instrument cluster (servo) issues with the early 2000's trucks...  I have the same story.  gauges started to fail one at a time.  For the last several years, all I had working was the fuel gauge.  (I would measure speed by my GPS, and I have an OBDII module where I could read oil pressure, coolant, anything else...)  Anyway, I drove my wife's vehicle to work for a night because she was loading some stuff to take elsewhere. When I got in my truck the next night, I noticed she had moved the steering wheel up.  I moved it back down to my preferred position, and when I started the truck, ALL my gauges worked...  I even had lights lit that had been out for years...  But the REALLY odd thing, is my odometer now shows ~ 80k less miles than it did last week...  I was under the belief that the mileage was in the "computer", not the dashboard...  and my wife never even started the truck, only loaded some things in to it....  Anyone have any thoughts?

Okay guys I bought this truck from a dealership in September. It was used and I got a 30 Day warranty. After the 30 day period, this is what’s happening. I got in my truck and noticed a rough idle. My truck would shake and out of no where the check engine light starts flashing and my traction control light comes on. I took it to my buddies and we got a P0308 Misfire Detected Cylinder 8. So I did some research.. I also had a code which was P219B. Air/fuel mixture ratio.

I changed the spark plugs.. didn’t work. I moved coil packs.. the misfire didn’t move. So we watched Live data on the scanner and injector 7 was acting up. So we replaced all the injectors on that side and this truck is still missing.. I’ve ran seafoam through it and cleaned the throttle body and MAS.  My buddy things I have a valve issue or something wrong with the cylinder…

there is no AFM deleted or anything of that sort. The truck has worked flawlessly until now. 135,000 miles on it. The rocker arms all
      looked great.

please someone give me something to try. I just want my truck fixed lol.

posting a link below of what it’s doing…

BLUF: Ticking noise under truck, not heard from top of engine compartment.

I noticed a ticking/clicking/pinging noise under my truck today, took a video, hopefully you can hear it.  Anyone else?

Truck was in Park and Neutral (Parking brake engaged) and still heard the sounds.

Hello all I'm new to this read forums my entire life when needing help on a issue someone had back in 99. But anyway I have a 2008 Yukon xl 5.3 bought it a few years back quickly realized there was a issue on top of issue. I got screwed and screwed big time. Truck was sold as 168k miles. It was clean nice good looking truck for 4800 bucks. Turns out won't go over 65. We'll we just said screw it and run it for a while until we got our excursion. So now I've been trying to fix it. I need help I've tried refresh at the dealer it sat there for a entire day in a bay with a tech and they couldn't figure it out. So back to the drawing board. Later on tried to trade it in they pulled the carfax trunk our dude swapped the cluster and it was said the last reported mileage was 278k. Well ******. I want to figure out why it will not surpass 65. It has all the gears. Engine has all the power. No limp mode no codes. I have even pulled the cluster and drove it and that didn't change anything. Please help. Thank you. Derick r.
