Hello Everyone!

Need advice..... Which color wheels would look Elegant on a 2019 GMC sierra SLT crew cab? It has the factory 20" polished wheels. I removed the ,sierra,GMC,SLT badges. I am going to wrap the bumpers, part of the front grill, door handles, mirror caps and the Texas Edition front fender emblems in black. I am also having the plastic fender trim painted black.

For now I want a two inch drop on rear. I want to go with 22"×9" wheels all around.

I like the polish look on the current 20". I want the truck to look Classy!

I was thinking of white Wheels.

I have plans to customize the truck by this summer but for now I don't want to mess with the suspension since I want to be able to drive my truck.

Any thoughts on white wheels on a black truck?

Thanks

Well it’s certainly not for me, I wouldn’t consider that “classy” at all. I would assume most wouldn’t like it just based of the fact that you don’t see many white truck wheels for sale or on trucks. It’s obviously not “in” or popular.

What matters though is whether or not YOU like it.

Slt here with painted to match bumpers, Denali grill and front bumper chrome trim. I personally think chrome looks great on these trucks! I still want a set of 23 Denali ultimate wheels for winters instead of the ugly factory polished

White wheels aren't all they're cut out to be. I bought a set of white 97 SS Camaro wheels for my 02 Black Camaro SS to use as drag wheels. They stand out but not really what I was hoping it would look like.

Elegant and classy then wrap everything in black? Yeah, you missed that boat...

Do what you think looks best, not what others say. If you really just want to follow what the crowd says, put up a vote and just pick what most people say you should; problem solved.

Never understood these threads asking others what you should do, I do what I think is/looks best. Current in trend is blacked out with black wheels, so that is what most will say this time.

White Wagon Wheels were actually pretty standard but we're going way, way back to 70's - 80's timeframe.

The answer is Chrome.

I couldn't imagine black or white wheels on my High Country. Ish.

I'd somewhat disagree with that. Black has run its course.  Many are taking black wheels off and going chrome.  I see it often.  I don't think black is classy.  Looks too "rattle can" and commercial looking.  To each his own though.  Just my opinion.  It's all according to what one likes 😜.
