Same issue on mine.  Left headlamp signal flashes fast and the Led DRL is out at the same time.  Also have had the button on the back of the steering wheel that changes channels stop communicating on several occasions and a power liftgate error that continually pops up.  They all resolve after a reboot and are good for a few days to a few weeks but have all come back.

I plan to schedule it in.

I've also had the issue of the audio controls not working sporadically too.

The only time I experience that issue is when my phone is plugged in and I'm using Waze for nav.  Every now and then things go awry.  All it takes is I unplug my phone, plug it back in to the USB c and all is good....So sorry you all are having these glitches...I hope it gets taken care of.

I'm really wondering if the radio/all-in-one isn't the root of most of the issues.

I've had every issue expressed in this thread with the exception of the CELs. Everything is sporadic and with no codes.

I've been keeping pictures and videos and I know they were forwarded to the GM Tech center.

another note on the turn signals. a few days back i was setting up a new version of a GM pass through/interface cable on my GDS laptop at work and had some extra time so i thought lets see how much of the lighting system front and rear i can a control. i was able to command every light on and off plenty of times EXCEPT the front T/S's and front DRL's. all the lamps that do not work when the T/S's do their thing. kind a didn't make any sense because everything was working fine from the t/s and lighting switches in the truck at that time.

now the tailgate is getting a mind of its own. sometimes it works with the handle button, sometimes it doesn't. same thing from the dash switch. so far the only switch that hasn't crapped out is the tailgate button on the key fob.  service power tailgate message on the DIC.  no codes stored  and it resets just like everything else does once the truck is off for a while and may work fine for weeks

Same exact thing with my tailgate.  There is a clearly an issue with these 2024 trucks that needs to be resolved, way too many of us with the exact same problems.

but on a good note ,i have 4000 miles on the truck now and 1000 of them with a 10,000 pound enclosed car trailer behind it. the 10 sp is fantastic!!! with the 6.6 gas, the gearing in the trans makes the truck feel like it has a different motor in it. my 20 and 21 with the 6sp were ok and were better the the 6.0/6sp combo for power but nothing like this one. the truck is super comfortable to travel in because of the better towing capabilities. i always by gassers and have had many 2500 hd's over the years and this one even surpasses my favorite and strongest, my 04 with a 8.1 and allison trans.

just thought of another intermittent issue. when i'am in tow/haul with the trailer and use the T/S's for changing lanes on the highway sometimes the red blind zone box shows up and sometimes it doesn't.     anybody else notice the same thing??  all these little issues really dont get me to worked up, they will get straightened out sooner or later.  at least so far it still runs......

I've never seen the "red carpet" once on my trailer.  I have it programmed correctly for trailer length.  I think it's because my anti-jackknife can't get itself figured out due to my hitch being a ProPride, which changes the location of the pivot point from a traditional hitch.

They are not related.  Early builds of Chevy animated headlights have a software bug that may cause headlamps to not function immediately.  The headlamps are not programmable at dealer so they need to be replaced.

The rear taillamps are a chip shortage item.

So I ordered the '24 2500 and it was supposed to come with the animated Tail Lamps, however looks like it was not included and this is sort of a bummer for me.  When you say chip shortage is it just the turn signals themselves? Will I be Able to retrofit later?

Mine seems to do this more at the start of the day, and it'll do the quick flash 10 times or so, then start flashing normally.  Truck goes in for service in a week or so when we get home from our cross country trip so I'm hoping my local dealer can source the updated lamps.

I believe anything built after 5/29 Will not have them. The window stickers that I saw shows a $50 credit.

Mine has them but they look kind of pale and pathetic

The animation limitation is tail lamps only.  The headlights will still animate but the tail lamps will be the MY20 to MY23.  There is no plan to retrofit.

When headed to work last week the entire passenger side light assembly just didn't work. I didn't notice until I had to do a right turn and pulled over to check it out. I cycled through all the lights and would only get "Service Front..." message when doing a right turn.

It was still sunny out and so I just turned off Auto Light control. Turned the lights on (had an idea) and kept driving. By the time I got to work (~30min later). No messages and all lights were working just fine as if nothing ever happened. Living in Alaska I have about two more months before it's completely dark during my commute.

I've had the turn signal issue about every other week or so. Dealership appointments are already into January. Might as well schedule one and see what happens.
