Remote Start and HVAC

Just recently my remote start has stopped turning on the HVAC unit and the heated seats in my 2008 Sierra. Does anyone have any suggestions? The truck starts up fine but nothing comes on to heat up the truck. Just fyi I have a 2008 Sierra SLT that has the automatic climate control system and dual heated seats.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
