What did you do with your truck/shop today

I have road hazard for the life of the tires through DCT. Hopefully I never need it.

My 2000 GMC SIerra 1500 went wheel high in water across 3 washes and down 2 canyons in the mud in mountain in my hometown of Beclahbito NM Mind you this is a stock truck nothing special orginial 251000 miles w 265 75R16 Coopers to haul 2 truck loads of wood for my home on the NAVAJO REZ. I LOVE MY GMC and tomorrow I plan to go to Colorado Hay Gulch to haul some coal back to Crownpoint where i now live>

Put a new tonneau cover on it last night and then drove it from Florida to Lynchburg Tennessee to the Jack Daniels Distillery!!! Then we drove another 3 hours to our property. Needless to say I have had a 30 minute nap since I woke up yesterday at 5am and have put 900 miles on the truck!!! Now I am going to go to sleep!!!

Just got some new tires and rims for the old army truck, 35" General Grabbers on 17" Crager chrome bullet holes. Also drove a couple counties over to pick up a cotton bowl buggy and brought it home.

Went out of town this weekend, hauled a tiller/aerator to my parents. Picked up a fence panel 6 ft by 8 ft for my dad. Rolled over 36k miles too

Towed the boat to fill up so we could winterize it. Only towed a couple of miles, but was first tow with any real weight on the new gears. Felt like nothing was back there. It was amazing. Let alone with the trailer its only around 3000 lbs. but it use to struggle getting it going with the 3.73's and 35's

 

 

 

 

 

Oh yeah, rolled over 346k on Thursday. I have put 350 on it since then. This thing does not get a break

Dads truck (09 Silverado) bought 12/2009 has like 135k miles now. That's about 33k a year. It does get used as a company vehicle though
