Took the truck to the trusted repair facility and had the oil changed. Stopped by NAPA and picked up a new fuel filter.

If you had gone south into Florida it could have depending on what time of the year. I've seen worse too. That was just a quick google picture search. I think it's someone's rental from their vacation here in Orlando too lol

I did the Plasi Dip Black Bow Tie. used some drawer liner to make it look like carbon fiber.
DIY wireless charging Chevy Truck $13
This is a great upgrade that you can do to your truck in just a few minutes. I have had allot of people ask me to repose this for others so here it is.
i hope this helps others or at last inspire people to do this project.
There is a part 2 for connecting power to the back of the console
This is the one that i used in this video http://amzn.to/2rp8yn1
If you have any questions feel free to ask them

Did my annual oil change and grease job. Changed today 06/17/17. Last changed 06/12/16. 2768 miles on the oil. 62% left on the OLM. Also, finally got the Sumosprings installed on the back.

Cleaned the white one, and got the blue one home. The 91 has an exhaust leak I've gotta get fixed.

I still think the 800s were the last good trucks GM built, as far as reliability goes.

I got 222k miles out of my OEM universal joints on my '94 K1500. Sold it at 266k miles, still running like a top.]

Was on it's second engine, but I don't know what the previous owner did to cause that - OE engine croaked at 181k. Could've ran it out of oil or coolant - who knows.

If I make it 100k on my '07's engine, I'll be doing damn good. :shakehead:

Had to kick the Marquis out to get this tractor finished. That's the Silverado in the background, where she's been for the past month. :)

Reflowed a few solder joints, & replaced (and removed) a couple warning bulbs, and the 2 dead backlighting bulbs in the Volvo's instrument cluster. This is the way clusters SHOULD be built!! SIMPLE!

Then I had to drop $315 on a new computer board for my wheel balancer. Friggin electronics for ya. At least I got 6.5 years out of it ... I guess.

Have been contemplating something for the past few weeks and think I'm gonna go through with it. Probably be another few months but will be well worth it. Stay tuned!

Yesterday, I perfected a mod on a *NEW* Bully Hitch Cover Tail/Brake Light, that I had done on my original one, that I had since 2006 (or so). This mod will only work on the CR-007A model light!!! I took the tail light part of out and made it so that both the tail and the brake elements in the light bulb would shine when the brakes are applied, NO MORE TAIL LIGHT.

Inside the hitch cover, I cut the brown wire even with the opening on the back, where it slides into the receiver, and at the plug. Took blue splice, slid yellow wire in the assembly into the pass-through (open side) part of the splice, slid the brown wire up into the splice (“hinge side”), made sure that the yellow and brown wires were even from the splice to the light bulb housing, crimped the splice, and closed it. I have attached the link to my gallery, let me know if you can't access it.
