Well, my Fuel Mavericks are -24 offset because I wanted to add bushwhacker fender flares. I wanted the wide looking stance and if I went with -12 they would be tucked under the fenders.

Any pics showing offset with lift? I am currently running 285/75/18s on 18x10 -24 offset on 2.5 RC lift/level. But looking at 4-6 zone/BDS lift. And wanna see how far out they stick. Edited by Horner21

Need opinions. Looking at 4-6 inch lift to clear my 18x10 -24 offset w/ 285/75/18s. Don't want to go to big like the setup I have now but to much rubbing due to offset.

Just got mine back today. Zone 4.5, with 18x9 Black Rhino Sierra wheels, 33x12.50x18 Toyo RT. Will be upgrading tires next week to General Grabber (Red Letter) 35's.

Sorry only pic I have as of now. It rides great can't complain.

I have a 2014 GMC Sierra all terrain with 5inch rcx lift kit , 20x10 rockstar rims with -24 offset and 305/55/20 copper zeon ltz tires , amp power step , bushwaker pocket style fended flares , boral exhaust with metal mulisha 4 inch tip ... Clean truck how are you liking the RCX 5 inch? Looking at getting a 4-6 lift. Did you use the bracket kit or knuckle it? Any complaints with RCX lift?

Hey everyone.

For the guys running the Mcgauphys 7-9 lift can the fox coilovers that cognito offers work since they are for cognitos 7-9?

Or if anyone has looked into running the fox coilovers with the McGauphys and know the correct part number that would be awesome too.

 

Also to ditch the blocks that come with that kit anyone know what size deaver springs to use. Looking for either level or the rear slightly higher.

Would love the Cognito 7-9 but the quote I got was $$$$$.

Deciding between 35s or 37s.

-24 wheels usually stick out pretty good. You should look at a rough country 5 inch bracket lift that keeps the track width stock. The knuckle lifts wheel push a -24 wheel out pretty far.

I am looking at them but wanting opinions and reviews on that lift.

Well I dunno man but personally I like the wheels and tires to not stick out and look a little more factory, allow for taller tires, etc. the BDS and zone lifts as well as most others will increase front track width. I have factory 20's and the fronts stick out MAYBE an inch so with anything 0 offset and negative you are looking at at least an inch and a half in front and greater. I also don't like spacer lifts. That's why I got fox coil overs so I can use more suspension. That's my opinion, but as far as reviews go I actually have heard from a few guys that the rough country lifts aren't very high quality. I've never ran them tho.

Looks good. Whats your offset? Also you got any views of the wheels sticking out?

Knuckle lift is easier to install and usually cheaper if you are comparing the same brand. Your wheel will stick out beyond the fender and you will have to run rear spacers in the rear if you want it to match. The bracket lift will keep all of your stock angle and stock track. Basically the way I look at it is my truck looks like it is 2500 HD that is maybe an inch taller. It looks like something the factory could build and is not overstated. I could not get away with a lot of the set up a that people run on here in Massachusetts Technically I am illegal now. But looking stock brings no attention.

 

Are you running the 5" RCX Bracket Kit? If so how do you like it? I am looking at that kit beacuse I am already running 18x10s -24 offset and dont want my wheels/tires sticking any further out then they are. Also anymore pics?

Yes this is the bracket lift. Only pics I have are the ones in this thread when I talked lk about my build and the one in my signature. Also I saw you ask chandler . His is also the bracket lift. It was mentioned easy on in this thread.

Almost forgot I love the lift. The shocks not so much. But I only paid 1000.00 for the kit so I can afford to upgrade the shocks. Fronts have the factory Ranchos which are fine by me. What other pics are you looking for I might be able to take a few more.

      So you're saying toss the baby out with the bathwater? @txab posted article was her take on how AI can be used to manipulate pricing as it already does and has been rebuked by the judiciasry in housing. How AI can be and is used to maximize refinery or even Amazon operations all of which are true but because she is who she is; that makes what she says about what is true, false? Is that something akin to Pre-justice aka prejudice?    Look, I'm first in line to approach all information with caution just because we live in a world where people like to lie about someone or something with such a straight face and in such volume that it makes digging to the truth wearisome. Meaning I understand the skepticisms but if I were to toss out everything a person is for a view they hold then my pool of people to draw wisdom from would be non-existent and I'd be forced to reinvent the wheel daily. Not practical.    "Be innocent as a dove but as cautious as a serpent."    Test each word. Every good lie is part truth or no one would believe it. Find the truth in it and reject what isn't.    On this one, AI is being used to do what has been done by hand for hundreds of years already but at such speed, the point of a computer, that it is more easily monetized. This one wasn't that hard a lift.    I wrote a few formulas in a Lotus 123 program decades ago, a series of linked Macros actually, that allowed a daily inventory to be turned into a running P&L and production plan. Something that took three departments a week to assemble now took the time it takes to input the 'daily changes' in inventory. Later that was ungraded to the more powerful Excel program an and integrated with bar code scanning, inventory to supply was done once per shift. It had a huge impact on production scheduling, Seamless interruption flexibility, inventory error reduction, raw materials cost effective utilization and scrap reduction. Huge improvement in the bottom line. I spent months on that and AI could have done it in minutes. So yes, it not only can be used, they would be foolish to not try. The legality, ethics and morality are not the domain of AI. Humans need to keep a reign on it.

      New to this forum.  Also looking to tune a 6L80 and trying to work out all the issues in my transmission swap.  I have a 6.2 diesel (1983) and have removed the TH-400 and about to put in a 6L80 with a TCM-2600 interface and don't have a clue what I doing after that.  Did you (Leatherneck/RAV3) get your slip resolved? I too hate to spend that kind of money on a tuner that hopefully I will not need too many times although from what steelerdude15 added about the HP Tuner being great for diagnostics would be a plus.  I am also from WNC but below you in Columbus.  Any helo would be greatly appreciated.
