That's impossible to tell from a photograph on the net.

The only way to really check this is to pick two reference points on each side of the truck (such as the fender, etc.) and level the truck, then check the cutoff for level (irrespective of the ground). This method eliminates any irregularities in the pavement that the truck may be setting on or the same issues measuring from the cutoff down to the ground that may be irregular. A big level will help.

Ordered, the fast headlight fxr adapters. Hope they manage to get them here in time so I can do them when I test the production version of the extended headlight caps. If not not a huge deal. I'm temped to put up the link for people who aren't worried and want the caps to be able to order them now and not wait, but I also want everyone to get a great part for their money. I have to make aftermarket stuff work all the time and I'm not a fan of having to modify the part you buy when it's suppose to be for that application or when it's not quality but has the price of it.

As far as alignment they look pretty good as faras that picture goes. If anything the Drivers side may be a tad high.

What I would like to know is what's stock height for the lights. ..... like if you put it a certain distance from a wall how high should the cut off be

I want tj say at 25-30ft it should drop 2 inches from the hight of the bulb on the truck.

The hard part is finding a smooth enough surface you can make meaningful measurement on.

I just ordered the FXR adapters as well and would like to get the caps so I can install everything at the same time. Let me know when you have verified the caps fit properly. Thx!

Are the adapters the same between the Sierra and Silverado?
