Yes. But most people think the shackle is cheaper and easier.   Although it might be. It rides like shit becsuse I had that shackle    it should be banned

I want to go the full 4/7 as I don't want to cut the factory hanger off but I'm worried the stock 275/55R20 will rub too much.

You dont cut the hanger at 7" in the rear. I'm at 4/7 with stock hangers 

 

And yes that tire will rub everywhere

Yeah I know, I was just hoping to avoid buying new tires if I'm going 4/7. 

 

The thought was to go 3" in the front with 2" spindles and setting the Belltech strut to -1" then doing a 7" flip kit and adding a 1" lift shackle to clear these massive 32" tires.

 

If I go the full 4/7 is still drive able with the 275/55R20? What's the preferred tire size? I've seen 305/45R22 to 255/50R20 on a 4/7 drop?!

It will be drivable yes.  I had 265 50 20 on mine when I had 20s perfect size I think. But are you crew cab or regular cab as crew cabs sit a little lower

I had 275 55 20 on my truck when it was 3/6.  With that lift shackle. Worst ride ever. I'm now at 4.5/7 ish.    So you can use the stock tires for now but you will want to get smaller ones in the near future

I have 285/45R22 which is pretty much the same size as your stock 20s and barely ever rub on 4/6. and thats on 10'' wide wheels.

Look at your front fender liner and the top of the rear fender wells. I have no paint in a few spots.  I thought I didnt rub either. But those felt fender liners quiet it down

What’s the rim offset you’re using for 22x10’s.

MRR lists the offset on the wheels Qwank and I are running as +30

Anyone know if I would have an issue with my Z71 Rancho shocks if I put in 2" drop shackles?  Or know if I will feel any ride difference from the extra compression on them?

They will be fine with only 2' drop
