I'm calling tomorrow to be sure.

From my understanding from their site and a few others is every 16.5-18 is as follows

4WD - Alum spindles & steel arms

2WD - Iron spindles & steel arms

Someone correct me if I've got that wrong...

I am wrong, slightly.

lovelessjl was right. Alum and stamped share the same ball joints, no matter if it's a alum or cast iron spindle. Belltech said I'm good to go!

Struts and shocks are in. Just waiting for the spindles and flip kit. Will post pics when it's done! Thanks for all the help

it's literally longer bolts and 4 spacers.  you could probably stack some washers 3/4'' and get the same results.

my crew cab got a little more frame clearance over the weekend. the rekles kit is amazing and highly suggested if anyone is looking for a notch. yes i did undercoat the rest of the frame so everyone knows. just did the notch first because it was bare metal and it looked like rain.

Will it work with a 2/4 flip kit? Do you have a part number and how much are you looking to get?

Not sure if someone’s answered you yet, but you can use the McG helper bag kit, you’ll just need to get a 2” airbag spacer from Firestone. That’s what I did.

Anyone running a 285/50R20 or a 31-31.5" tire on a 4/7 drop? Any rubbing?

Need some input ASAP.  I finally pulled the trigger on getting my truck lowered.  I am having a reputable local shop install an Inez 3/5 lowering kit.  The front is looking good, though I am getting some rub.  I thought this might be the case and expected it.  What I didn't expect is that the rear is coming out an 1" to 1.5" lower than the front.  On top of that the shop told me that even with the bump stops completely removed the truck is bottoming out on anything more than a small bump.  The rear was only supposed to drop 5" and apparently it is dropping more than like 7".  The shop installed the flip kit , 1" lift shackles and included shocks.  Anyone have any issues like this with a flip kit?

Nasty is right. I'm running a 305/40/22 which is a 31.5x12 and I have some light rubbing at 4/6

You're definitely lower than 3/5 looks more like 4/7 to me. Here's my truck at 4/6d3947f7050dd3ad5bdc263eb1c0c2757.jpg

Running the 4/6 IHC at 5/6 and that looks close to mine running 22's with a 305/45 tire. My rear bottoms out but typically only on speed bumps I take too fast or big dips in our shitty CA roads.

I would verify the shackles they sent just in case. They should be shorter than stock, not longer. If they're longer they probably sent you the 7" rear flip. Hit up Ivan and double-check your order. The flip is the hard part. Swapping the shackles is pretty quick process. IHC are a good bunch of guys and will make it right if something is wrong.
