Added one 12inch Pioneer subwoofer and a 1600 watt amp. The amp is my old one from my avalanche. Just the right amount of bass without it being TOO crazy.

FINALLY, got back from work. I am just drained today with 12 hour shifts for the past few days and also screwing with the unit trying to get it to work.

Here is the result :) (the feed is from the current dash cam under the mirror)

I think it is working pretty good as in quality wise :)

Heres some more info for ya Crooks, all the running light and signal pull there power and input from the oem signal harness, just spliced into the light harness and added the plug for the tubes, and yes they are on all the time when its in drive. As for the projector drl, its now hids and i added an inline switch so i can control when they come on.

Heres the links for the stuff i added

Got an electric exhaust cut out today. Impulse buy and I'm glad I did it. Great little mod. Almost like a straight pipe on demand [emoji57] I have been loving this thing all afternoon

And the momentary opening switch is under the driver side dash

You have to cut a hole in the exhaust pipes and just weld it in. Not hard if you have the tools and know how I suppose. But I don't have the tools, nor have I ever welded, so I can't give you a true "this is how hard it is" opinion. I had the muffler shop I got it at install it. Took them about an hour to an hour and 15 mins from the time i handed them the keys to the time I got w call saying it was ready.

Install and cut out ran me $325 ($355.xx after tax) and that's with me running the wires. I told them I'd rather do that part myself so that I can have it exactly how I want it (also saved me $75 + tax)

I'll get you the model and brand in the AM. The shop stopped selling cut outs for a while cause the last brand they sold kept having issues but they found this one and have been selling them for around 2-2.5 years now and no one has come in with a single issue yet

Install the 5100's at top setting with a 1/4" spacer and cognito UCA…

Also had a new tip put on a while ago, thought I'd snap a pic…

And a shot of the 91 and the 14 together at my brothers place doing some work…

The height difference doesn't look to obvious, but the ride is so much better. Truck sits about 3/8" higher now…

I'd love to hear how it sounds. Any video clips yet? Also, how far up the line dis you have it put in? I had a new muffler put it with sidelet, but the shop wouldn't cut any cats out. Said they could lose their license if they did, pansies.

I really meant to ask the shop to put it before the second cat, that way the sensors in the first wouldn't freak out every time I have it open, but it slipped my mind and they put it right around midway between the second cat and the muffler.

I have a couple videos but they do no justice.

I'm trying to find a good place to have a friend video me driving by and acceleration from a dead stop with it both open and closed.

The sensors shouldn't freak out right? So long as it's downstream all it will see is a little less backpressure. As far as I knew they were just worried about AFR and bad particulate unburned from the cats. All that should still be the same. Not an emissions expert, just my understanding.

I'd be real interested in this if it doesn't affect the sensors anyway. I want mine to sound more better too. My muffler new muffler still has a flapper and almost shouldn't qualify as being more than stock :(

It doesn't affect the sensors, sorry, I should've mentioned that I originally really wanted to put the cut out before the first cat, that way it's straight exhaust, the loudest it could possibly be, cause you know, sometimes you want the loudest possible haha. But then the first cat sensors would've freaked whenever it was open. If you put it anywhere after the first cat then nothing will freak out except for you the first time you hear how good it sounds [emoji41]

I was really happy with my 18" magnaflow (removed flapper) but now, I realize i just thought I was happy, I'm driving with the cut out open more than I thought I would haha

Looks great. How's the ride?

The ride is much better then it was with the 2" RC lift. I find it even better then it was stock…
