What have you done to your K2 today?

Installed a painted Denali grill and installed my red tow hooks while I had things apart. fbe82d4944cb8bc52b011da3f70a807e.jpg

And of course only reason I did it was to match my boys power wheels Denali [emoji23]b52398d1bbf0f3e3553556f48ff2b60e.jpg

Installed my undercover se bed cover today. I had one on my 08 Silverado and really liked it. I was ready to by one new, and decided to check CL. I found one new in the box for $350 in Jacksonville Florida, 900+ miles from me. Good I have family that lives there. I had my so in-law go check it out and and double check measurements. Everything was as advertised. So he paid the guy has been storing it in his garage for the last 3 months.

Install took about 20 minutes with the help of my grandson.

1) My truck came with 18" Duratrac's and Midnight rims, waaay too much black, wanted something different, so I bought a set of 20" aftermarket rims with Duratrac's. I now have about 3,000 miles on them.

2) Put my 18's up for sale or trade with 5,000 miles on them, found a local guy on this forum who had 20" rims and tires that wanted to trade with about 5,000 miles as well, rims I would use for winter rims, sell tires and buy another set of 20" Duratrac's for them. this way I don't have issues with speedometer....

3) Yes, I want to sell or trade the Terrain tires for sure, rims if I have to.

Easier to understand now?

Definitely [emoji1360]

Details on the back up Sensors?

I went with these sensors. They look nearly identical to the factory ones. I only wanted the audible alarm. Several come with a distance gauge, too. All these kits come with a hole saw.

I have the speaker attached to the support of the rear seat. Wiring is under the carpet. There's a relay under the dash so the alarm only works when the ignition is on. I didn't like it beeping at me when I walked behind the truck after unlocking it. The reverse lights some on with the courtesy lights. The sensors' controller is tapped into the reverse power and ground wires behind the left tail light assembly.

That would be tougher. You might be able to tie into the brake lights to activate them, but it would also be nice to have an output from the truck when speed drops below 5 or 10 mph.
