2006 Crew Cab headliner replacement or modification?

Hi,

 

I have a 2006 Chevy Crew cab 2500HD Duramax. I need a headliner, and I'm wondering if an Avalanche headliner (or other model Chevy) can be modified to fit my truck. I have a sunroof.

 

In a perfect world I'd like to install an Avalanche headliner with sunroof and Entertainment Center.

 

I know there isn't an exact fit other than the original part, but perhaps someone has had success at modifying a headliner and making it fit.

I would say you would have to measure it out. The Avy is based on the Suburban frame so the size of your crew cab front area should be close.
