Nice - forced induction! I'll be doing that to the Silverado once I replace the rest of the failure-prone driveline. Trans and rear are ready - just got the engine and transfer case left.

Back in the day my buddy had a spankin' new '93 Cobra. He put a Paxton supercharger on it, along with a bunch of other goodies. Went good, but never impressed me with its power output like the newer stuff does. Those centrifugal superchargers can't compete with a roots type.

Thank you! Think since Ford did this out of factory on the ‘03-04 Cobra, it started other manufacturers supercharging vehicles.
Have a buddy who has his second ‘93 Cobra and those are definitely keepers! With my stock blower, I get instant 500+ftlbs torque under 1800rpms to the wheels. It will break my drag radials lose at 60mph.

Beautiful day out here today, but we're not quite there yet. Still snow piles melting here and there. I'll probably wait another month before we roll the Marquis out of hibernation. With the cold nights, some towns will lay down the brine if there's even a hint of moisture. We always err on the side of caution there, and will wait rather than risk a salt bath. One of the many joys of living here ... 😒

I don't know which I was oo'ing and aaah'ing over more, the car, or that slick alignment rack! Both are sweet! Is that a modern GT-40? I didn't even know Ford was building those.

A quick Google search answered my own question. Ford GT. Pretty sharp looking. Not sure how I feel about a 6 powering that, even twin snailed. Just seems wrong to have an American supercar without a V8 under the hood. I'd imagine there's a thick price tag on that one, too - I didn't bother to look ...

@RyanbabZ71 - where's his place located?  I'm assuming up near Indy?  If so, I wouldn't mind stopping in on the next one.  I live down here near Louisville.

The shop is in Brownsburg indiana, just west of Indy. It is right across the street from John Forces Shop.

The next one is April 3rd. His plan is to have one monthly
