Yes. You can find them at any lumber yard. You have to cut to fit though

LOL! Beat me to it! Was gonna say "Yep, all day long. Check lumber yard at your nearest big box store!"

Seriously though. 2x4 or 6. The holes for less weight and tie point is a great idea.

Knowing me if I did this I would get a 2x12 to make sure nothing tipped over it like a bucket. I would also get treated so it can stand up to the weather. I still prefer bungee cords and ratchet tie downs even for smaller stuff.

Dont over think it. 2x8 is good enough. I've had mine in for a year and will get at least 2 more years out of it before I replace it with another one that isnt treated. Just grab what ever you have laying around cut it and try it.

I do tend to over think things sometimes, but I guess it's better to over think than under think lol. As I said before, I just use bungees and ratchet straps and haven't had a problems securing anything. I also have a ratcheting cross bar like used in semi truck van trailers but just downsized for pickups.

I love using the divider for gas cans and propane tanks. But I use a short piece of rope or bungee as well

Some hooks are a great idea.

That's a good idea. I thought about fiberglassing mine just for the hell of it, may make it stronger or something, not that it needs to be.. I'm using the same 2x4 I had in my last truck, probably 6-8 years old.

They're dumbass kids. I have a 2x10 painted with bedliner across my bed, in the slots provided. That's what they're for.

If you'd have had 24s on it and slammed to the ground with underbody lights, they'd have thought it was "cool"

Different strokes.

Hopefully, they'll grow up.

I did in the last truck, but this truck is getting a beg rug so I don't think it'll work. But I've got an idea for the new truck…
