Bringing this one back. After doing some research I am looking at getting some of the Rancho Loaded Quick Lift struts and combo-ing it with the RC 2" spacer that I already have on the truck. I know this is a no-no and is frowned upon because of messing with the front end geometry, but I'm also looking at a Uniball UCA from Fabtech that corrects the front end geometry with levels and lifts. This is something that I would do in the future anyway, with or without the Rancho struts, so why not do it now?

Any thoughts on this? Are there any other components of the front end that will have to be adjusted? I have read about doing a diff drop so that the CV angles are realigned. I have also read about the tie-rods being at incorrect angles, but this is something I'm not very familiar with.

Thanks in advance for any input.

Everything will be maxed out at that height. There's a reason they provide a lot more components when you buy a lift kit that is for anything over 2". Mostly for that height you'll want a diff drop and some control arms with better ball joint angles and clearance of the bump stops. I have rough country control arms listed in the buy and sell that would work for you if you have factory aluminium suspension. They're the control arms that come with the 3.5" lift.

I also happen to be selling my 3-4 month old quicklifts as well, but not sure if I am going to ship them or sell locally. I also have some extended sway bar links that I'm not using and a 1" rear block with u bolts.

What size are the stock rear blocks? Another option that just occurred to me is replacing the stock rear block with a smaller one so that it is level and installing a body lift

Stock rear block is 1.25" I removed mine and now run the front at stock height and the back without any block. The cab measurements from ground to cab on the front and back are about level. The fenders measurements show that there is about 1.5" of rake. Which to me is exactly how I want it, I would rather have the cab level than the fenders level because I find when people level with the fender measurements the truck ends up looking nose high.

So essentially if I were to remove the rear block, keep my front leveling spacer, and add a 1.5 inch body lift, the rear would be around the same height it is now and the front fender would be level with the rear, correct?

It should be, every truck is slightly different so I would get out a measuring tape and measure your fenders on level ground.

That sounds like a much cheaper and safer option than stacking suspension components, thanks for the help

For what it's worth, here's a 2" level with an 1.5" body lift. 295/70r18's.

what offset are your wheels? truck looks very nice, and your tires look huge! I may even have to rethink my next set up, and go with something similar
