I did care for about 3 months after my truck having to be towed in 3 times and repeated visits I lost the care and love for this truck and gm that why I'm on here to let people know how shitt they done me

Just trade it or sell it, why live a miserable life due to a car???

It's pretty obvious you are just using the forum to vent. You would be much better off communicating with GM about your grievances, this is an enthusiast site, we are not your mommy.

I love my truck. It's great! It has no issues. I add parts to it, drive it around, put stuff in it, etc. Amazing machine! lol.

Then I would suggest getting out of this "update" thread, and starting a separate "rant" thread so we can get this thread back on track to discuss the programming update and how it performs for people. And I say that as a person that has also had a tranny swap (needlessly I might add) two months into owning it...

Well then tell me this did this new update do anything for you

Yes it did. Smoother transition if you coast then apply throttle. Also the entire shift range seems firmer and more truck like

This was after they replaced your transmission

I currently have a 2014 Ram HD 6.4 and it'll hesitate the same way if I immediately start it and throw it in drive. I've never considered this a problem and when it 's cold (I live in northern Canada) this is more noticeable.

I'm still waiting for my 6.2 to be delivered but it's nice to see some of the bugs sorted out on the 8-speed.

Curious to hear a comparison of the 6.4L Ram to the 6.2L GM. I know it's not a fair comparison because the 6,4L is in an HD truck, and additionally that engine was designed more for work than performance. Interesting that the numbers on the 6.4L are not much higher than the 5.7 HEMI.

Anyway, I just got this update today Drove the truck a whopping .25 miles from the dealer to the window tint place, so I cannot comment on if I notice any differences Will update when I get it back tomorrow and put some miles on it. I have 215 miles on mine so far and have had no issues with the trans so far

Also I did the start the truck and go to drive really fast.. had maybe a 2 sec delay..
