2008 Silverado Headlight Relays

Can anyone tell me where to find the headlight relays are located on a 2008 Silverado 1500?

According to the owner's manual , they are in the fuse block under the hood and labeled as HDLP LO/HID

Yep, I found that relay. Not the culprit. Not what I am looking for. I am looking for this one (at the end of the pen)...didn't see these in the owners manual... or the location mentioned of them or the BCM in my Haynes manual.

 

I am having the issue where everything works except the low beam and the DRL. Thought it made the most sense to start with the low beam relay before moving to the switches and BCM, which I am not sure where that is located either.
