1991 Chevrolet K1500 Sliding Window Vertical Sections

Hello - I own a '91 Chevrolet K1500 with the OEM rear sliding window. The two center vertical sections on the sliding window are missing.

One of these sections has the locking clip/tab and the other a "nub" for the clip/tab to snap in on. I don't know if someone was trying to

break into the truck and these were taken but I could not find them anywhere on the ground or in the cab. Any chance someone has a

broken sliding window I can purchase these parts off of? Let me know. Thanks!

I am not sure if there are Napa auto parts stores near you but they are like 8 bucks...

you are better off to order online or go to an auto parts store, trying to remove old ones is difficult, they usually break

Any idea where i can get the actual sliding glass? I have that rear window setup on my parts truck but the center is busted out.

Well here's what I did. The truck that had them I found had 1 removed already. So I took my trusty leatherman and ripped the other rubber "nub" (or whatever the hell the thing is that thing is). Bam. Two sliding glasses. Now I just need to order the plastic latch ($10 from LMC)

they uses the same window from 88 to 98.

 

You can get the entire thing for under $200 new at LMC.

 

But hit the scrap yards there is know way it will cost to much for an entire window.
