After driving mine a little, I noticed one option from my old cluster is gone.  In the info pages, I used to have a page for the transmission temp.  That's gone.  I can see the trans temp only when in tow/haul mode.  Is this normal or is my cluster missing an option now?  It's not in the pages to select (as I checked all 12 of 12 options to display).

That is normal operation for the Denali units sadly.

Just to caveat on this, that option isn’t lost from the programming or swap, my son’s true Denali doesn’t have it either.

I guess "LOST" is the wrong wrong word for it. Its more like "MOVED" to be viewed only when in tow/haul mode.

OF COURSE, THIS COMPARED TO THE OTHER CLUSTERS WITHOUT THE DIGITAL SCREEN.

I guess it’s not a bad thing they probably figured your trans temp will only come into play when your towing. When your not it stays pretty normal I would think.

At first I was disappointed but now It seems easier. Just push the stalk button and there it is. No toggling between screens and then having to go back to your prior screen.

LOL...wasn’t being the definition police! Just letting people know that even the Denali doesn’t have that either in case someone may have thought it got lost in the programming or swap

Tell her you’re doing it so she can configure it to her tastes :D

Or shit, just dont tell her. She most likely wont even notice the different cluster. I changed from the stock blue ltz cluster to the red gmc. Also swapped out the blue radio and ac controls from to red. I went 3 weeks and she still didnt know until I told her. Then she said.... WHY? I said i wanted to. She said, Oh, ok. And that was it. But then she did ask to buy some tack for the horses.........

It’s probably a good time as there are new units available for very reasonable prices...

Can you order these new? I'm looking for a 2016 red Canadian cluster these might be hard to find.
