It's real, I called the owner and he told me that he paid the dealer in UAE 4000 dhs = $1089 to make this vents.

Wow! I've never seen this noogle before, but have often thought of similar methods to get rapid heating and cooling to the back in previous vehicles. With my truck I have found keeping the front windows and back slider partially open for the first few blocks of driving quickly balances the temperature between the front and back seats.
