Just added the body color wheel well flares. For anyone wondering, there is no hardware to remove, its all plastic clips. Here is a before and after. I love the look, they differentiate the truck a little from the rest of the Sierras on the road. Only other things I have planned are blacking out the front and back GMC emblems and tinting the front two windows 20% to match the rear. I'd like to add chrome body molding to the doors but don't want to remove the Denali emblems.

I’ll get some good pictures tomorrow but I leveled my 19, debaged it, de-chromed it, turned the tail lights, limo tint, 20”s with 34”tires. The only chrome I have left are the 4 buttons for the keyless entry.

I wish mine had more chrome. Taking off the High Country turns it into a base truck look. Don’t get the whole de-badge scene but of course I might be on an island by myself.

I'm with ya. Granted my LTZ has plenty of chrome.

I saw someone wrap all of the chrome on their LTZ, and take the emblems off...it looked like a straight up WT or Custom, especially from the rear. To each their own I guess.

The chrome and HC badges on the front fenders will be coming off immediately for me. I might leave the one on the tailgate [emoji1743]‍[emoji3603]

Installed outdoor 12v outlet in bed and mounts for ARB fridge/freezer. This will be covered with a bed mat and a hard cover- just getting things started. :)

How did you install 12volt in the bed

I  mounted an auxiliary fusebox in the underseat storage bin- powered by 8ga wire from the battery.  This will power all my future accessories, including this 12v outlet and the onboard compressor.  The 12v outlet is a water resistant unit from West Marine (pretty sure all the metal is stainless) and requires a 1 1/2"  hole to install.  :uhoh:  It's really easy to access that area by removing the 120V factory plug (torx screws) and also from underneath the bed.

Wiring the outlet, I used 10 ga wiring.  Picked up a ground under the truck and ran the power wire in split loom the same path as the factory wiring.  I entered the cab under the sill plate close to my fuse box.  I did drill a small hole and used a rubber grommet and some silicone to  bring the wire in where I wanted it.  I can get more pics if you want.  Here is the fusebox location...

I wish I would have done that, I've got so many chips already, I'm really concerned about the paint quality  on the 19's.

Paint quality is no different from the k2. The problem is the clear coat is so hard, that it chips super easy... even with paint protection film it will still chip but not as noticeable. Stupid epa and water based paints but hey that’s life. I plan on keeping this truck around for a while so I’m gonna do my best to protect it. Up here in the great white north gm covers the paint for the first 60000 km. And will repaint your front bumper once. I don’t know if it’s the same in the USA. I’d go to your dealer and check it out.

Thanks for the info, I'll wait 8-9 months and see what they say.

Put on the matte black “Chevrolet” tailgate insert. Very subtle on a black truck, but when the light catches it right, it really pops.B1405E6B-BFBE-4EE0-8D54-05AB9B1140E4.thumb.jpeg.a93728e0bebfc4bc94e90735afaa80ae.jpeg

Installed a Westin bed mat (#50-6465)- nothing special here but the fit is PERFECT and it was extremely inexpensive for what you get.  I'll be getting a hard cover so this is all I need.
