I have a 99 Silverado, and the drivers seat has really been worn out. The foam has really deteriorated and I would like to replace it. I've been doing some searching and can find the bottom foam no problem from multiple places. But the seat back foam/cushion I can't find anywhere. I've tried emailing several places but so far no luck.
Does anyone have a source for the drivers seat back? Bucket seats?
Hey guys was wondering if anyone has had this issue, it happen a while back and the seat one day (top half) went crooked on my 2014, it is a powered drivers seat, I did take a look and under the seat everything looks fine, also was at the dealer for a 60k maint and asked them to look at it and the service lady was like that’s how the seat is supposed to be lol which is definitely wrong, as you can see in the pics it’s twisted and crooked tords the door, so if anyone has seen this I would love to know a fix or will I have to buy a whole new frame, can’t seam to find much info on this problem, also to note the seat is solid and does not have extra movement. If I have to I can post better pics

Actually found this forum by doing a search on uncomfortable seats in GMC's in general.

I found this to be exactly my problem with my 2019 Acadia seats. Seams they never fixed the junk seats from back in 2016,
I didn't take this specific Acadia for a test drive but another and don't remember such pain. I'm hoping its a defect but
i definitely notice a sinking feeling and immediate pain after just a few minutes in it. Makes long trips really unbearable and sometimes short trips a tough.
I've tried all kinds of lumbar supports (even the 300 dollar ones) with no luck. Even tried a few different seats as well but they seem to lift me up too high. I'm 6'2 at about 200 pounds.
Kinda regretting this purchase now and wish i would have turned my man card in and got that KIA i looked at after all lol.
Not to mention, im not crazy about these cheap slippery steering wheels GMC put in, reminds me of the Dodge Journeys. But, i'm ok with putting a cover on that.
Now, im straight up afraid to drive this thing without taking a few pain pills.
Anybody have any constructive tips they can offer or experienced the same issue?
Howdy. New here.
We've gotten a deal worked out on a 3500HD and in the final hour my dear wife has halted the process worried about the passenger airbag option available but not on the truck we have the deal on. Why are additional passenger airbags an option and a lower cost one at that? Is the crash performance so good that GM decided to only offer these 6 passenger airbags as an option, or what?
I just noticed this spot in my leather on my 2018 Silverado 1500 LTZ. The spot pictured is thinner to the touch. Nothing has damaged the interior since I bought the truck. The truck is brand new, and I have had it for two months or less. Opinions if factory warranty will cover repair/replacement?
