2017 GMC Yukon Headlight color/output Issue?

I just recently purchased a 2017 GMC Yukon XL Denali, with the 6.2L engine. I noticed the stock low beams are not that bright, as well as that sometimes they produce a white output and others become yellow. I had both of my headlights with assembly’s replaced under warranty and still is occurring. Has anyone ever experienced this issue, or been able to noticeably see their headlights change from white to yellow?

Is the color changing as the voltage fluctuates? Does the engine rpm effect the intensity or color? 

 

I had had no odd behaviors, my projectors were just dim. I upgraded to white aftermarket bulbs and saw a big difference.

Old thread, but I did own a a 2005 Mercury Montego with factory HID headlights.  They always started off a dimmer blue before they warmed up to produce a brighter white light.  This was my only experience with HID lights.
