I really like your setup! I think I may go with this on my '14. You have a 2" level right? What brand did you go with? How much did you feel the 2" effected the ride? Thanks

2" Level and i dont feel like it messed with the ride much at all. I like it more with the level on it... but I also have the bigger 10 ply tires, which stiffen up the ride quite a bit.

It rides great though! Way smoother than my 2008 did.

Hello all

Like many I have read this until my eyes bled. Today I installed rc 2.5 front only with 275/65/r20 on 2016 slt 6.2 crew cab with std bed and z71 package. I have the 20" chrome clad wheels. After callingv 3 dealerships they are the same offset at the other 20's. 27mm. I was a little nervous about the tires but I couldnt be happier.

My initial measurements were

Front 36.5

Rear 39.75.

From ground through middle of tire to wheel well.

After was

Front 39

Rear 39.75

Results

Ride is stiffer but enjoyable and very smooth. Tires run great. I haven them at 50 psi and they move effortlessly. No real loss of power that I notice. So far I had some rubbing at full lock to the right only. I will have to check in the morning but very minor.

No regrets and love the way it rides and looks.

I also run 275/65 r20s that roll good but lowering my tire pressures to 40 made it ride better with no loss in mpg. I have read of others going lower.

I have the same size and I am running 35#psi and the ride is nice. I would like a wider tire preferably but I don't want rubbing(I don't have rub now, after 2 zip ties).

I am not on board with tuning yet -- even just a speedo calibration.

I went to Disney World over the weekend; I have the TA KO2 in 275/70R18 at 40PSI. I do have a Range AFM device so my V4 mode was disabled both directions. I averaged 70-75mph

Heading down from Jacksonville to Orlando: computer said average fuel economy was 16.4mpg

Heading up from Orlando to Jacksonville; computer said average fuel economy was 18.0mpg

I am fairly certain that by not calibrating the speedometer for the new 33.2" tires causes everything to be quite wrong--trip, odo, fuel economy calculations, etc? Is that correct?

I feel like they are seriously wrong because I went to Disney World not too long ago without the lift/larger tires/AFM device and the fuel usage (in terms of filling up) was about on par with my previous trip. Cash wise it didn't seem like I used all that much fuel compared to before.

Interested in your thoughts--overall I am in love with tires and the level!

Guys I'm curious on something. For those that installed a leveling kit and also installed the 2 inch rear block. Was a shock extender for the rear needed due the increase in lift?...Or does it work fine without a extender?

I had the 2 inch rear block installed on my Silverado in place of the factory and no shock extender was needed-at least that's what the shop that did the install said. The ride doesn't seem any different to me.

If you're replacing the factory 1.25" block with a 2" block, you don't need longer shocks (or extensions). That extra .75" isn't enough to make a difference. However, if you stack a 2" block on top of the factory block, or replace it with a 3" block (which is a better option), then longer shocks are recommended.

OK thanks guys. Yea I was thinking just the 2 inch right now. I think if I went with 3 inches my rear height is ~39.25 now and that would make 41-42. I don't want a rake in the truck

Had some 295/60r20 Toyo MT put on my truck this weekend. Zip tied the liner back and no rubbing besides on the sway bar at full lock. I only have a 2.5" Traxda leveling kit on the front.
