That Pearl white looks awesome against the snow's white. Killer wheels too!!!

I would like to get opinions on leveling kits. Specially GM-sanctioned ones that won't screw with my truck's warranty. Please ?

Anyone have experience with the diodedynamics.com HID kit for 2014 sierra? Listed for $150, not bad.

Custom brackets for rigid dually d2's. These guys are willing to do full on CNC aluminum brackets that will look much much better and be all 1 piece! These are adjustable too.

Are the brackets from rigid or elsewhere? Thanks.

They are from a fab shop here locally. Wasn't a fan of the rigid ones. This fab shop is willing to produce these if enough people want them. I think they are much better looking than the rigids.

Can they fab some up for a silverado to house the same DOT lights?

Count me in for a set. These will fit both Silverado and Sierra correct?

Sierra fogs are more square while the silverado are more rectangle. But I'm sure if enough people either side sierra or silverado these guys will do it. They do some solid work. These guys built my 1000 for me which is attached.

Got my truck back from the body shop .

I now realize that I didn't take a picture of the damage to the hood, but it's smooth now.

And, the day I got it back:

I still need to get around to fixing the grille. I have the two pieces that broke out of it, I just don't have anywhere warm to do it (Glue doesn't work too well in -33 C). I may end up getting a new grille for it eventually, possibly a High country grille just to change it up.

I also had an idea about taking the black/chrome bars from a GMC All terrain grille and seeing if I could mount them in a chevy grille like this:

Anybody with an AT grill think this is doable? It would take a lot of cutting and cobbling together, I likely won't try it unless I can get one for cheap.

I actually haven't thought about doing that to a Chevy grille. But, my personal opinion is that it doesn't go that good in the Chevy grille like you have it in the pic. Maybe if you took an aftermarket grille for the Chevy that's open without the middle horizontal bar and then put 2 or 3 of the A/T grille pieces like you're thinking. I love my Z71 grille so I don't plan on replacing it or modding it at all.

bf9f19b44a8f4ada5e0666ec586a9402.jpg I did a mod to disable the amber parking lights with a switch, while I was at it I added led lights on top of the grill facing down, also powered by a switch.

Did some colormatching tonight. Will post up some more pictures in a few hours after everything is fully dry and reinstalled[emoji106]

BTW, to remove the small aluminum trim piece around the radio control knobs. It's not a difficult process, but a tedious and very aggravating process

You have to completely take apart the trim that it sits inside of.

You mean for taking apart the screen? Oh believe me, I cringed every time I turned a bolt. Only used a screwdriver. No way I was gonna use any kind of power tool on that thing.

Is the newly painted surface smooth like the silverado's trim or rough? Are you matching it with the other trim inside (console, door trim)?
