I was thinking perhaps it's not such a great idea to not allow any airflow at all through those tubes. My thought was if moisture is locked in there, rust will accumulate faster. So, I drilled a hole in the center of the plug, and glued some screening to the inside of the plugs to keep the wasps out. I also got the A pillar replaced with the Grab Handle version, ( thanks to people here and their advice). Soon a catch can with PCV and clean side connections, an a electric lock for my tailgate, and Bilstein shocks. They look good and That dose sound like a good idea I might need to do that To my frame plugs
Barman84 Posted January 27, 2019 Posted January 27, 2019 I’ve had chrome overlay junk for a few years got tired of it last week. Pulled the tailgate handle parts off and color matched them. Door handles will be next. 1
