Picking up my brand new, illusion cherry powder-coated 2014 Sierra frame from Quality Powdercoat and Sandblasting in Highland, Michigan. These guys did an absolutely stunning job with the frame and it wasn’t easy. The frame wax was a nightmare to get off. It had to be sand blasted, baked in the oven to melt, spot heat applied in the areas the wax was hiding, then sandblasted again. They then applied the base cherry color, baked it and had to apply the clear coat after the cherry glazed over in the oven but before it cured per the application spec. They then baked it all together to cure, let it sit overnight, and baked it again. Mad props to Brian and Jake at QPC, their attention to detail was impeccable and the result is nothing short of stunning.

YES! yes! Lest see the suspension! What color body?

I bought a G2 Bakflip a while back but decided to sell it for something I could shut the tailgate without having to open the cover. But I couldn’t sell it, so I just threw it on my truck.

Put a new bumper on my 16 & added a color matched tailgate handle.  Go rear ended last week.  Lucky they had insurance and paid up quick so I could get new bumper and get it painted and installed this weekend.

I gotta say that bumper looks real good. I may need to get myself one.

Seems kinda worthless if you have to leave your phone in the truck. Or did I miss something?

Does the phone have to be in the truck or do you just need to be in Bluetooth range? Would be handy if you can unlock with your phone if you manage to lock the keys in the truck.

L150,

Where did you get the bumper?..... I got rear ended recently and was looking for an option or two other than stock before taking it in. Looks nice and clean. Thanks.
