I dig it. I put a pair of LED bulbs in my fogs on my tundra that were toggleable from white to yellow. They were always white when they came on, but if you turned them off/on real quick they’d turn yellow and I used it a ton. What’d you use to wrap them??

Here's the wrap I used. And I wish I could have just changed lights. Disappointed that the lights are leds and cannot be changed out.

@Lsgun1 i agree, thats why I'm mixed. Kinda want to rewrite and make them a bit more dull and orange color.

Yeah me too. The fixed leds are nice as they match the headlights and DRLs in temp, but there’s so many options out there when you just have a bulb. Headlight revolution has a pair where you can change the color temp of the light just by changing a plastic sleeve that slides over the bulb inside the housing. And it comes with like 5 different ones.

I think the wrap came out good tho, and the yellow (like 3500 temp I think) they say is the best color for seeing in the fog and heavy snow. Idk if you’ll get much visibility from an orange. But, worth a shot. Just peel it if you don’t like it after!

Hey guys!

Very excited, just got my truck back from the shop tonight after having Bilstein 4600s installed on all four corners. Now, I was adamant about getting this particular set since I could tell it was the go-to replacement for Z71 Ranchos , but part of me tries to always think something won't live up to the hype. These shocks absolutely live up to the hype, I am beyond impressed. I definitely feel more in control of the truck over bumps and it doesn't feel rough at all anymore!

As of late, my ride has been pretty bad to the point where I would go out of my way to avoid imperfections in the road. I was under the impression it was normal? Maybe my wheel/tire setup or just general suspension wear from age? No, it wasn't lol. After the install we did take a look at the old Ranchos and sure enough all four of them were pretty much toast. I won't lie though, I know the OEM Ranchos aren't the best, but I did like them. They were very smooth on the highway and did their job for 100,000 miles, just didn't feel like it was the best decision to get new ones.

Here's a picture of the new shocks. Unfortunately it gets dark so early now so the shot isn't the best, but wanted to make a post and share how happy I am with the replacement. Hope you all have a good night ?

Can’t go wrong with a 16.1” rotor and huge calipers!!!! Was either gonna be ZR1 setup or Wilwood Aero6 setup. Both are slightly under 2k.

Gonna run it at 9" I have a 1.5 zone body lift (may remove) will get control arms later i don't drive it much. Wheels and tires are 22x12 Weld Cheyennes with 35/12.50 when tires wear down ill go 37's. Lift is the premium silver powder coated one.68d2e2022d49a26f9356614afdc71d2e.jpg

Dammit that’s clean, been thinking of upgrading the cross member to the premium one (I had my parts powder coated gloss black so it would match) seen it at summitracing.com for like 380$ and it’s local so I could pick it up for free

I would leave the body lift , run it at 9", for sure get UCA'S (you're going to need them at 9") and I would get 38x13.50 tires .

That would be roughly 13 1/2" taller than stock and badass.

BTW I think McGaughys quit making the basic black because nobody has them anymore . They were around $500 less than the Stainless trimmed kit.
