Threw on some MSD wires and heat sleeves after doing the plugs last week. Will have to report back to see if I get any kind of fuel or response benefits from them.

Also replaced tail lights with LTZ factory ones I got from a member here for a good price. In. Love. With. Them

And I know it wasn't today but I added 2 more stickers on the back for my Celtic heritage and American pride. Not car related so I don't think I'll get the HP gains... ac2cb7207bf2a9257657ff763ada50b6.jpg1779775f7eb9349840a172c0637ee7d0.jpg02461d9dd4b36b0fb308a2ac603b16de.jpg

I don't think so, I think it was a Chinese invention. But who knows lol its from the 12th century. I do know they were the first to invent a pseudo shotgun type of device

Flew the drone a bit last weekend after a nice relaxing drive, and burned off the rest of these junk SR-A's (on a closed course somewhere in Mexico, obviously ?) before getting the 33's installed tonight.  Pictures to come!

Falken Wildpeak AT3W are on! Went with a 275/60/20 (33") on Pro Comp 20x9 et0, Bilstein 5100's on max setting (1.85" of lift) up front. It's very close to the mud flaps at full lock in reverse, going to do some trimming tonight and see what works best. Happy with the results so far! Hard to keep this thing clean as old man winter is here ?

Here’s the same lift a bit cheaper at this place but I’d check with CST as they’ve got 20% off sales every year. Either way, with this kit, you can keep original wheels and tires, add larger tires, keeping original front shocks just needing rear shocks until you figure out later adding higher end shocks if needed.

do you recall there being any issue with your steering shaft with the lift kit? could you post a photo of your steering shaft? like from right above it in the engine compartment, they got my kit installed but the steering shaft is hitting on the side of the engine, turning to the right is binding up and it seems angled to the right too much, I went and looked at it tonight but that was a problem so it's still in the shop. I think the rack n pinion is going to have to be moved to the left somehow.

No, zero issues. Call CST and they’ll bend over backwards for you.

how is your steering shaft angle? if you can post a picture of it that would be helpful so I can have an idea of what it should be I think they have my steering rack too far right

Will do a bit later, in the country. The kit does come with a steering extension too

yes that it where the problem is I read another thread where the guy said he had to loosen up a bunch stuff and re-adjust it because it was binding up like mine is so I want get over to the shop this morning when they open and have them try that and maybe I can get it back today they have had the dam thing since last Friday, the kit was missing that steering extension and a bunch of bolts apparently so it tied stuff up, I want my dam truck back. lol

Finally got to install the red front recovery hooks on my Sierra. I dig em.

Anyone wants my black ones. Let me know. I’m looking into replacing the oem bolt you have to cut to get the drivers side off, but then I’m sellin the old ones.

Been waiting a little over a month to swap out my Rancho shocks, which have over 95,000 miles on them. I have my mind set on Bilstein 4600s and have found plenty of rear sets, but the fronts have been on backorder. Eventually I was thinking on just doing 5100s, but same situation with the fronts on those as well.

So just recently I decided to go back to the 4x4 place near my house and they had the 4600 rears in stock...and one front. Just one. Was a real bummer, but by sheer luck I went on Amazon and sure enough they had a 4600 front...last one in stock as well! So finally I'll have a full set of 4600s by Tuesday ready to be installed. Very excited! ?
