17" factory lugs for 20" Factory upgrade

Hi all,

I'm getting ready to put a Ready Lift Level on my truck, and while the dude is putting the level kit on I'm gonna have him put on the 20" wheels I bought off some dude on Craigs. That said, the lug nuts that come on the factory wheel protrude quite a bit. Does anybody know if they'll fit on the new wheels? The new 20" oem wheels have a cap that covers the lugs, but since the ones that came with the 17"s protrude so much, I can't tell whether or not the cap will fit over them once the new wheel is installed. Anybody have any ideas on this? I'll attach a couple pics of both the stock 17"s and the upgraded 20"s.

Try it on. Undo one lug nut and place it on one of lug holes of the 20" wheel. Then try placing the cap on while checking clearance. Replace the lug nut on the 17" wheel and torque properly.

Usually when you have centercaps that cover the lugs you need the small acorn style lugs

My LTZ has those 20" wheels on it and they have the smaller acorn nuts under the caps. Hope that helps.

Ordered some from ebay. Does anybody know if this is the right size? (14x1.5, Drive 7/8)?? I'll add a pic too.
