I agree about the mess when changing oil in these trucks. 0W-30 comes out like water and goes every where. What I did was buy one of the Fumoto Valves and it has a nipple on it. When it comes time to change oil, I put a length of tygon tubing on it and drop the tubing into the drain pan. No more mess!!

After fighting with hot oil spray each time changing the oil on my 08 Silverado I added the Fumoto at the first oil change on my 2015 sierra.

I really like the idea but I don't trust brass in our heavy salt sprayed roads. Very neat - would totally jump on this if I lived in warmer climates.

Having spent 10 years in the Navy I have no issues with brass & salt. Many over the road trucks running them with no issues either.

These are what I am using for reverse lights... No image blur but they are very bright and will wash out the camera a bit. They light up my neighbors house quite well when I back out of the driveway at night.

 What’s everyone doing about the oil filter change? On the V6 its above the plastic shield and I catch heck trying to remove the filter without making a mess. Filter relocation?
