Yeah, another tire question.

I love my Denali. However, I am pretty much a wash and wear guy and the fancy street oriented wheels and tires just aren't my thing.I love all the other perks (I could use less chrome, however and that will be addressed later)

So, the stock setup on the Denali Ultimate is a 22" inch wheel and they are good looking. However, it leaves so much space in the wheel well and it just doesn't look as muscular as it should. I'm thinking 20" inch with more tire and slightly more aggressive tread. Any suggestions? Anyone wanna buy these very lightly used 22's?

Thanks in advance,

Rikki

I may just be interested in the wheels/tires for my Chevy High Country. By the way what brand and size tires are they?

Could you PM me with a picture or 2 and what you want for the set.

Thanks, Jim

20s won't give you a whole lot more meat on the tires honestly. I guess it depends on preference though. I've been running 275/60 on stock 20's which is slightly bigger than the stock 275/55. Some have had success going to 33x12.5 but they also ran a 2 or 2.5" level up front. I'm not sure what the options are for denalis with the magnetic ride stuff. Here's the 275/60/20:

I think that looks awesome! I like to able to tow a trailer out to the desert with the kids and the quads and not feel like I'm going to crack my rims!

Haven't let me down yet and I go kayak fishing about 5 times a week; that takes me down some wild roads (paths) from time to time lol.

20's with 275/65/20 Cooper Discoverer STT Pro tires. I'd love to have a set of those 22's. I'd put another set on M/T tires on them and rock them! Good looking truck btw!

I'd go 18" wheels with 33s. 275/70/18s don't require a level. 275/60/20 doesn't either.

I know the 22's are in high demand, but seriously, with larger tires, a lift, etc. etc, it becomes another truck that won't go into a parking garage. That's important to me with kiddos.
