Glad they are taking care of the problem Brian. I agree with others that tech should have owned up to his mistake. Trying to cover up doesn't fly in my book given that it was a super obvious buck up.

You bring coffee? Plenty of coffee and donuts, cable TV and PC stations at mine...and they actually do a great job on service......7:30 appointment and I get the pick of the donuts.

Got the tint replaced Monday, dealer was really nice about it. They're sending me a check to cover the cost.

Indeed they have been good to me. If only GM would come up with a fix for the stumble/hesitation under acceleration.......

I gotta go to WV or NY to get good fireworks....and hope the man isn't watching me cross back into PA. Otherwise it's the crappy sparklers and cardboard tanks....

Yep, I bought my truck from Banks, over the internet. Saved thousands and ordered the exact truck I wanted. I gave them a list of RPO codes, they called me the next day with an out the door price. A month later my truck arrived, I rented a car and drove up on a Friday night. Drove the truck home that Saturday.
